Replacement/Exchange/Return Policy

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be done within 4-5 Working Days
  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues.
  • Replacement applies for damaged items, missing items, or wrong item received.
  • Refunds are applicable if the product is undelivered or there is an issue with the delivery partner.
  • Refunds are applicable for Returned items.
  • Customer must provide unboxing video and clear item images as proof.

  • Requests without unboxing video or proper images will not be accepted.
  • Refund is only possible if the product is undelivered or there is an issue with the delivery partner and Returned.
